This is one of the critical areas in the life and operation of the church. Without the proper functioning of this department the services will not flow as they should, and the atmosphere of worship could be disturbed. Those who work in this department often do so without being noticed/recognized. They quietly and humbly serve, building the kingdom of God behind the scenes.

TPOGIM, however, takes the time annually to honor these and other workers for their invaluable service within the ministry.
